Faux's Guarantee. We are very proud of our products. All the goods presented on our site are made by our own quality craftsmen. We are sure you will be delighted with anything you purchase from us. If a product does not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may cancel your order,(the exception being SPECIAL ORDERS & cut lengths of fabric which we cannot refund) by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt. The item should be returned ,unworn within 7 working days after receipt . Please,when returning the goods to us,do so promptly, and for your security we recommend using recorded post. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any item returned must still bear the Faux swing tag , and must be returned in the condition that it was sent to you . Making a Purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Delivery. Most Faux items are in stock , in which case we will endeavour to despatch within 48 hours . However some items will be made to order so please allow up to 14 days from order date to receive your purchase .
